Overview
Alida Activate 2025 was the company’s flagship global customer conference, designed to bring together Alida customers, partners, and industry leaders for a high-energy, insight-driven virtual event. Positioned as a space for connection, learning, and inspiration, Activate showcased how the world’s leading brands are building lasting customer relationships powered by community-centered research.
The event featured expert-led sessions, product deep dives, and customer success stories from some of Alida’s most influential clients. With “Customer Obsession” as the core theme, the creative needed to feel bold, elevated, and emotionally resonant — celebrating the real impact of customer voices in business transformation.
I was responsible for the full creative direction and strategy of the event, while also playing a hands-on role in execution across design and production.

Creative Concept: From the dot to Activation
Creative Concept: From the dot to Activation
Following the success of Innovation Day, where we used “the dots” to represent the distinction between noise and true value in research, the darker dots symbolizing real users and the voices that matter. With Activate, we’ve taken that concept further. continuing this visual and strategic narrative and evolving the story from insight to action.
In Innovation Day, visually, we transitioned the dot into a cube, a dimensional shape constructed entirely from dark dots. This transformation represents insights coming together to form something tangible, structured, and actionable. The cube becomes a powerful metaphor for how Alida helps organizations take the voices of real users and build smarter strategies, deeper research, and better outcomes.
We also played on the event name itself, “Activate”, using it as a verb throughout the creative. Whether it’s “Activate: more methods,” “Activate: more research,” or “Activate: deeper insights,” the language reinforces Alida’s all-in-one platform capability and the momentum behind putting insight into action.
